At Solqia, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time are processed the next business day.
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (United Kingdom time), Monday to Friday
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
Total estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days (processing + shipping).
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. During peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer than estimated.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
Orders outside the United Kingdom cannot be processed at this time.

Shipping Costs

We offer free tracked standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
This allows you to follow your order until delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, high demand, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is affected, we will keep you informed.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are generally unable to amend the delivery address.
